'Building Cathedrals!'
The cathedral is a metaphor for any bold project. We should be building cathedrals, trying, making mistakes and learning from them. But we are spending more and more time trying to control things. We want to know everything upfront, want to ban out risk and anything unknown. That is killing our passion and means to innovate and grow. Building Cathedrals! Is a story about our fears to try things that might not work (right away).
